Aimee lives in Montana when she is not out exploring this big, beautiful world. A former social worker (Graduate of New Mexico State University, adolescent behavior being her preference and specialty) she likes to spend her free time putting together words designed to inspire all of our children to feel the confidence and love they were born to experience. In 2010 she decided to explore the world of real estate investing, and has found through much trial and error a sustainable way to live the life she loves, offering financial stability and the freedom to travel and pursue her love of writing children’s books. She began her real estate career in 2010, in the midst of a recession, as the opportunity to purchase homes around the country for a significant discount made sense. At some point the market would correct, and in the meantime she could rent them out short or long term for a profit until it was time to sell. That plan seemed much more solid than money sitting in a bank or the market. Since 2010 she has bought, updated, rented short and long term, furnished, sold, 1031 exchanged, profited, lost, and honed her skills. She decided to put together her latest concise, comprehensive guide as a playbook for the many people who came to her for help in this endeavor, and is now offering her knowledge to others.
